Job Title: Project Manager
Location: Montreal (Day 1 onboarding onsite / in office presence 3x week)
Duration: 12 + Months (Extendable contract)

Responsibilities
- Help enforce governance standards and processes across the portfolio by supporting policy adherence, documentation and reporting requirements
- Monitor project compliance with governance standards and assist with documentation updates to reflect best practices
- Coordinate delivery review meetings, taking detailed notes, tracking follow ups, and updating action item
- Update and maintain dependency logs, helping to coordinate with project teams to address interdependencies and mitigate impacts on timelines and resources
- Support the onboarding and off-boarding process for projects to ensure compliance with policies and processes
- Support the end to end reporting process, including data gathering, analysis and visualization, ensuring accuracy and relevance
Requirements
- Proven work experience (3-5 years) in project management governance, or reporting support roles
- Basic Knowledge of project governance, dependency tracking and financial reporting
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to summarize data and key findings clearly
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Ability to perform in high pressure, fast paced situations
- Creative thinker who will take ownership and accountability
- Excellent in Microsoft Office tools, especially PowerPoint and Excel
- Technology and Financial Services background (desired)
