Our client operates in the graphic arts industry, the main mandate is to lead the sales team with positive leadership and accelerate growth for key creative and production sites.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share and profitability.
- Manage, train and motivate a team of 8-14 sales representatives.
- Identify and prospect new customers in various sectors (commerce, industry, publishing...)
- Ensure the loyalty of existing customers and optimize customer relations.
- Collaborate with production teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Analyze sales performance and produce detailed reports.

- Strong negotiation and business development skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships with corporate accounts.
- Ability to communicate and interact effectively with people at all levels.
- Leadership, interpersonal skills and tact.
Requirements and Training:
- DEC or Bachelor's degree + min 5 to 7 years' management experience.
- Experience in the graphic arts, packaging, printing paper distribution and printing sectors imperative.
- Very good computer skills, social networks and Excel.
- Valid driving license (occasional travel required).
