Seeking an Associate Lawyer with a minimum of 3 years of experience in civil litigation to join my growing, AI-driven legal practice. Employment law experience is preferred. This is a full-time, in-person position located in downtown Toronto, just a 1-minute walk from the subway line.

Qualifications
- Licensed and in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario.
- Must have a minimum of 3 years of civil litigation experience.
- Employment law experience is an asset.
- Trial experience is required.
- Strong advocacy, negotiation, and litigation skills.
- Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical abilities.
- Comfortable using AI and legal tech tools to enhance efficiency.
- Ability to independently manage files and meet deadlines.
- Client-focused approach with strong interpersonal skills.
