A passion for all aspects of design, including conceptual thinking, typography, motion, copy, and imagery

Lead brand projects starting with research, including trends and competitor analysis and identifying whitespace opportunities

Define and develop innovative, compelling and interactive brands, digital experiences, and concepts in collaboration with design leads, brand strategists, and clients

Establish design systems, style guidelines for type, color usage, patterns, UI, iconography, illustration, motion, 3D, photography and videography

Create and deliver presentations and written rationales for internal critiques and client-facing reviews

Experience presenting work and interfacing with clients

Design wireframes, screens, and prototypes to illustrate product behavior in relation to interaction, 3D, and motion

Experience designing new, innovative layouts and designs that scale and flex across different platforms, including web, mobile, presentations, etc

A user-centric design approach, as evidenced by considerations for accessibility, technology platforms, and contextual storytelling

Experience designing interactive websites utilizing three.js, WebGL, React Three Fiber, Unity, Unreal Engine, GSAP

Strong leadership and teamwork skills --- the ability to work with Design Directors and Creative Directors, as well as the confidence and skill to communicate ideas clearly

Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch, Cinema 4D

Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Graphic Design, Digital Media, or a related field

Able to work out of the Liberty Village office based in Toronto, Ontario

Bonus: Design and animate 2D \& 3D objects, characters, props, and environments in varying project styles

Experience working with crypto, NFTs, blockchain technology and Web3

Experience with project management
