Overview
Publicis is looking for a Motion Designer, with an eye for design to help us create thumb-stopping content in the social space. The ideal candidate will have a passion for motion graphics, animation, and design. You will work closely with project managers, account directors, designers, art directors and other members of the creative team to develop dynamic, engaging visual content for a wide range of digital platforms.
Responsibilities
- Create engaging animations: Design and animate graphics for video content, websites, advertisements, and social media.
- Collaborate with team: Work closely with Senior Designers, Art Directors, and other creative/accounts staff to produce high-quality motion design content.
- Support branding efforts: Ensure that motion designs align with brand guidelines and the overall creative direction of our brands.
- Work with deadlines: Manage multiple tasks and meet project deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Stay updated on industry trends: Keep up with the latest trends, tools, and techniques in motion design to bring fresh ideas to the team.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in motion design software: Strong skills in Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere, 3D work not required but nice to have (Cinema 4D, Blender, etc.).
- Basic graphic design skills: Competence in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Understanding of animation principles: Knowledge of timing, pacing, and spacing in motion graphics.
- Attention to detail: Strong ability to focus on fine details while maintaining creative consistency.
- Creativity and problem-solving: Ability to brainstorm and bring creative ideas to life.
- Team player: Willingness to collaborate with others and take feedback constructively.
- Basic video editing: Some experience with editing and post-production techniques is a plus.
- Min 1-2 years of experience as a motion graphics artist.
- Able to meet deadlines and follow directions.
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.
