Position Overview
We're looking for a highly organized, hands-on Project Manager who's passionate about turning ideas into real, user-ready products. In this role, you'll own the day-to-day coordination of projects across our product, development, and QA teams---helping bring clarity to chaos, and ensuring nothing slips through the cracks.
You won't just be managing timelines---you'll be deeply involved in shaping how things get built. That means writing user stories, crafting (and maybe even running) test cases, and understanding how our systems work under the hood to plan changes efficiently and intelligently.
Responsibilities
- Lead projects from concept to completion using ClickUp to track tasks, deadlines, and priorities.
- Collaborate with product designers, developers, and QA to bring features to life with accuracy and polish.
- Write clear, actionable user stories and acceptance criteria to guide development.
- Create and maintain clear, up-to-date documentation for all project phases, decisions, and deliverables.
- Support QA by writing and possibly executing test cases to ensure high-quality releases.
- Proactively monitor progress, surface blockers, and drive resolutions to keep things moving forward.
- Build a deep understanding of our uncatering, marketplace, restaurant and staff apps to support smart planning and informed decision-making.
- Be a champion for quality---making sure everything we ship meets the highest standards.
Qualifications
- Strong experience in project management with a track record of delivering high-quality digital products.
- Proficient in ClickUp(or other project management tools) and comfortable owning project organization in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills---you're the glue that holds the team together.
- Sharp eye for detail and quality, with an obsession for making sure things are done right.
- Self-starter with the ability to manage priorities, timelines, and team dynamics effectively.
- Experience working in cross-functional product teams (design, development, QA).
- Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or other project methodologies.
