Job Description: Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning \& Leadership: Provide strategic planning in the development and implementation of forward-thinking strategies to drive innovation, continual improvement and long-term financial sustainability.
- Financial Oversight: Oversee and manage the budgets of service units, ensuring performance targets are met. Regularly review net revenues and provide analysis for financial performance shortfalls.
- Operational Management: Integrate and expand business service operations, measure and ensure contract performance and customer satisfaction, and maximize sales volume for products and services.
- Expenditure Management: Review and approve all department-related expenditures, ensuring optimal value for funds invested.
- Business Development: Investigate and determine new revenue-generating opportunities. Develop, negotiate, and implement contracts for existing and new services, including operating conditions, facilities, equipment upgrades, and product agreements.
- Process Improvement: Ensure business processes are created, streamlined, documented, and maintained for integrity and consistency, introducing new technologies as required.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Negotiate with external stakeholders, manage contractual relationships, and prepare specifications and terms of reference for related work.
- Change Management: Develop and implement strategies for effective and ongoing change management.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (business, finance or related field of study).
- 10 years of progressive experience of directly related work experience.
- Business Development experience is essential
