ROBB KULLMAN ENGINEERING LLP is an employee owned company of structural engineers providing consulting services for a wide range of commercial, institutional, industrial and residential projects. Their typical client base includes architects, developers, government agencies, contractors, manufacturers, property insurers and resource industries.
We are currently looking for motivated administrator to join our firm as a full time Administrative Assistant. All levels of experience will be considered. Standard work week is 37.5 hrs monday thru friday. Job tasks to include:
Basic Office Duties
- Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory
- Filing
- Open and distribute mail and other materials
Computer and Technology Proficiency
- Office Suite of Software
- Quickbooks Online
- BQE Core
Bookkeeping Duties
- Maintain and update financial records, including invoices, and receipts.
- Process accounts payable and receivable transactions accurately and timely.
- Reconcile bank statements and ensure discrepancies are resolved.
- Payroll processing and tax filings.
Qualifications:
- Education: Office Administration Certificate preferred, or equal
- Good communication, interpersonal and organizational skills are essential
- Ability to work independently
