Job Description: Key Responsibilities:
- IT Support: Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues, focused on delivering solutions in a fast-paced environment.
- Active Directory Administration: Handle tasks like password resets and troubleshooting "domain trust is broken" issues.
- Microsoft 365 Support: Provide assistance with Office 365 applications, including resolving email-related challenges (e.g., issues with sending/receiving emails or verifying email legitimacy).
- Intune \& Mobile Device Management (MDM): Manage and support mobile devices, ensuring seamless device operations.
- Printer Issues: Troubleshoot and resolve problems related to printing.
- Hardware Setup and Support: Set up and configure hardware and peripheral devices as required.
- User Assistance: Provide guidance and resolve technical queries for end users in both English and French.
Requirements: Key Qualifications:
- Language Proficiency: Must be fluent in French and English, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
- Technical Skills:
- Experience with Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and Intune/MDM.
- Proven ability to resolve common IT issues, including password resets, domain trust concerns, email troubleshooting, and hardware/software setups.
- Understanding of general IT support processes and tools.
- Support Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a similar IT support role, ideally handling Level 1 and Level 2 tickets.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze and resolve technical issues effectively while prioritizing customer satisfaction.
Work Environment:
- Job Type: 4-month contract, to start with potential for extension.
- Location: Fully on-site in North York, Ontario.
