What You'll Own
- Manage performance media creative for a multi-million dollar ad budget.
- Lead day-to-day content production for web, organic social, and paid digital (Meta, YouTube, TikTok, Facebook)
- Plan, brief, and collaborate with our in-house editors, graphic designers, and renderer to bring content to life
- Own our organic social calendar, ideating and producing engaging short-form content (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook)
- Work closely with our media and growth teams to concept high-performing video and static assets for paid campaigns
- Maintain and evolve our content strategy across channels---thinking about what's working, what's next, and what we should test
- Track performance, spot patterns, and propose new formats or concepts based on insights
- Keep your finger on the pulse of culture, design, and homeowner behavior to keep our content feeling fresh and relevant
- Be a team leader---guide a team of 4 (2 video editors, 2 graphic designers) and ensure creative alignment across channels
- Creative direction---provide clear guidance for video and social content creation and execute strategies
Who You Are
- 1-3 years of experience in a content, social, or digital marketing role
- Strong understanding of content trends on Meta, YouTube, TikTok, and Facebook
- Strong understanding of what makes a high performing social media ad
- Experience managing a content calendar and shipping assets across multiple channels
- Comfortable collaborating with designers, editors, and performance marketers
- Passionate about social media ---a social media addict with a strong knowledge of trends
- You're not just into social media; you're bubbly, full of energy, and great at engaging with audiences
- Leadership skills---ready to be a permanent part of the team, guiding your team to success
- A creative mind with the ability to provide strategic direction, execute creative briefs, and evolve content strategy
- Have excellent communication skills and charisma, with the ability to be on camera and engage with your audience
- Comfortable with video editing software like Adobe, CapCut, and have some experience with graphic design
- Attention to detail---scriptwriting, directing talent, and maintaining a consistent voice for the brand are all key to your success
- Experience in digital marketing and a deep understanding of content creation across platforms
- Know how to foster teamwork and a collaborative environment; we're looking for someone who's great with teams , especially if you've been involved in sports or other group-oriented activities
