The opportunity
Manulife is creating a Global Digital Marketing Center of Excellence to enhance its position as a digital customer leader. This initiative combines Marketing Technology and Demand Generation to build tailored customer journeys using connected data, which improves brand awareness, traffic, leads, sales, and dedication. They are looking for an innovative Media Analytics Manager to join their distributed team. This role involves producing insights from marketing data, leading quantitative and qualitative research on media performance, and providing actionable recommendations. The manager will work with tools like Adobe Analytics, Google Marketing Platform, and Power BI to deliver insights through reports and analysis.
Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth analysis across media platforms and offer strategic recommendations to optimize paid campaigns in collaboration with the media team.
- Lead initiatives to analyze data relevant to business needs, ensuring data accuracy and reliability.
- Create data visualization reports to communicate key trends and insights, supporting decision-making.
- Collaborate with teams to provide data-driven solutions and evaluate the effectiveness of strategies.
- Manage communication between marketing and Martech implementation to ensure all the paid media campaigns are tagged at optimal taxonomy

What we are looking for
- 5-7 years relevant experience in a similar role preferably with a B2B and B2B2C background
- Experience with digital marketing campaign analysis.
- Experience with Business Intelligence data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Domo)
- Experience with digital media and web analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics, and Media Platforms (Google Marketing Platform, GA4, Meta, LinkedIn)
- Demonstrated technical proficiency (i.e., use of software tools, coding experience, Excel, etc.)
- Basic understanding of database management and SQL is preferred.
- Experience in financial industry would be highly beneficial.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Understand the nuances between the different channels and media platforms to ask the right questions.
