Skill Set:
- Experience with activities specific to Credit Card processing
- Understanding ceremonies related to data conversion, including Mock, Dress, and Conversion event.
- Ceremonies include data mapping, data validation and reconciliation of data between source and target
- Experience with option configuration on any Credit Card platform (examples: FCS, Collateral/Marketing, Portfolio Management)
Additional BSA knowledge
- Experience with customer service processes offered from Credit Card
- Experience 7to10Yrs
- Preferred Skills : TS2 - Card Management
- Roles \& Responsibilities Hands-on with Credit Card processing activities Have knowledge in Acquirer, Issuer, Interchange Systems and Card networks. Knowledge of Data conversion, mocking, SQL is required.
- CSPO or PSPO certification is preferred
- Strong Communication and Presentation Skills Team / Interpersonal skills Analytical / Problem Solving skills Positive attitude and Resilience Attention to details
