We are a growing team within company and we succeed when advertisers are able to sustainably grow their business at scale with our advertising products. We are looking for a Product Manager to lead key ad products within the company 'Performance Advertising' team.
You will own products that help 'identify and acquire' the right set of advertisers and 'grow and retain' their commitment to advertising. Our team is responsible for providing advertising product recommendations for all sellers who advertise with us. We focus on two key areas: opportunity-based recommendations for new advertisers and defect-based recommendations for existing advertisers.
What will the role work on? Own key products in this team that help 'identify and acquire' the right advertisers and 'grow and retain' their commitment to advertising. Work closely with software development engineers, product managers, scientists, data engineers, and business operations to develop innovative cross-functional solutions that enable advertisers to create, manage and optimize campaigns at scale.
Define metrics (e.g., KPIs) to track adoption, performance, and any variance against goals
Who will you work with? You will have dedicated engineering and ML partners and work with cross-functional teams across Marketing, Design and GTM to create great experiences. You will also manage success metrics of your product, including setting and meeting revenue and customer-satisfaction goals.
What will you accomplish within the role? We provide a world class experience to our advertisers globally, help them grow their business, and make their advertising campaigns more successful. You will design and build features that help advertisers maximize their advertising impact on a global scale.

Qualifications:The successful candidate has a superpower of extracting actionable insights from data2+ years experience working with analyzing data, extracting conclusions, and presenting findings in an easy to understand manner.2+ years of technical product experience with 1-2 years experience in launching customer facing products involving user interfaces
Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
Nice to have: 1+ year of business analyst, data analyst or similar role experience
