Now Hiring: Bilingual Customer Service Representative (English/French)
Location: Markham, ON
Pay Rate: $23/hour
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM (½ hour lunch break)
We're looking for a Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team! If you're fluent in English and French , highly organized, and experienced with Microsoft Dynamics 365, this opportunity is for you.
As the primary point of contact between our customers and internal teams, you'll play a key role in ensuring smooth order processing, prompt delivery, and top-tier customer communication.
Order Management:
✔ Review, process, and enter customer orders accurately.
✔ Monitor product availability and coordinate with production.
✔ Communicate delays or issues with professionalism and offer alternatives.
Customer Interaction:
✔ Be the go-to person for in-person and phone customer inquiries.
✔ Provide clear updates on order status, delivery timelines, and product info.
✔ Resolve concerns and build strong customer relationships.
Internal Collaboration:
✔ Coordinate with shipping, logistics, sales, and production teams.
✔ Work cross-functionally to improve service and meet customer needs.
System Use:
✔ Use Microsoft Dynamics 365 for order tracking and CRM tasks.
✔ Maintain up-to-date customer records and interaction logs.
Professionalism:
✔ Represent the company with professionalism at all times.
✔ Follow company policies on behavior, language, and tech use.
• High school diploma required; college degree is a plus
• Bilingual in English and French (verbal and written)
• 1 year of customer service experience (manufacturing/distribution preferred)
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel \& Dynamics 365
• Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
• Punctuality and reliable attendance are a must
• A high standard of professionalism is expected at all times, especially during senior leadership visits.
• This is a full-time, in-office position.
