Overview:
Hudson RPO is seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Director of Client Delivery to join our team in a remote capacity, supporting clients across North America and globally. You will be responsible for the strategic execution and outstanding delivery of recruitment services. This is a senior leadership position where you will work closely with our top pharmaceutical clients across North America and internationally, managing a high-performing team of recruiters and team leads while ensuring the success and growth of recruitment processes.
This role will require on-site visits with the client in Mississauga 2--3 times per week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary executive contact for client program sponsorship, ensuring successful strategic execution and seamless client delivery.
- Drive overall business success by establishing effective operating processes, succession planning, fostering a strong corporate culture, and aligning the team with organizational strategies and goals.
- Lead and motivate teams while managing client relationships and ensuring effective client delivery in a high-volume, specialized recruitment model.
- Manage and grow a diverse portfolio of global brands and public sector clients, ensuring RPO services are delivered at the highest standard across multiple regions including the UK, EMEA, and globally.
- Lead the Client Services \& Delivery teams for Specialist RPO recruitment, ensuring the optimization of operational efficiency and driving continuous improvement in recruitment processes.
- Develop strategies to expand and scale recruitment programs, identify talent and organizational needs, and implement policies and programs to address evolving business requirements.
- Partner with executive leadership across EMEA, and North American regions to align talent acquisition strategies and objectives with global business goals.
- Oversee the end-to-end delivery of RPO services, providing insights on developing solutions to attract, assess, and onboard top-tier talent.
- Lead multiple high-performing teams, ensuring alignment with company goals, and delivering outstanding recruitment results across various regions.
- Act as a strategic partner, identifying and addressing organizational and talent needs, making data-driven recommendations to improve client outcomes.
- Innovate and implement recruitment strategies, policies, and programs that address the business's ever-changing needs and ensure adaptability.
- Analyze recruitment metrics and data to provide actionable insights and recommendations to senior leadership to continuously improve recruitment performance.
- Build and scale the talent acquisition function, ensuring best practices and methodologies are applied in high-growth environments.
- Collaborate cross-functionally and influence stakeholders at all levels within the organization.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in RPO or recruitment outsourcing, with a strong understanding of client management, operations, compliance, and strategy.
- Demonstrated success in managing large-scale, multi-country RPO accounts, particularly in high-volume or specialized recruitment environments.
- Experience leading and motivating high-performing teams of recruiters and team leads, ensuring the successful execution of end-to-end recruitment solutions.
- Strong ability to think strategically and implement innovative solutions for talent acquisition, candidate attraction, and onboarding processes.
- Expertise in recruitment metrics, data analysis, and utilizing insights to improve client delivery and organizational performance.
- Ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders and clients, providing guidance and building long-term relationships.
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry or similar highly regulated sectors is a plus.
