What You Can Expect in This Role:

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in face-to-face customer interactions in a professional and approachable manner
- Assist customers by answering questions and offering tailored solutions
- Track personal performance and report progress toward daily and weekly goals
- Participate in team meetings, workshops, and development sessions
- Support new team members by sharing best practices and fostering a collaborative environment
- Contribute to campaign setup, territory planning, and field strategy execution
- Uphold a high standard of customer experience and brand representation
