As the Technical Sales Analyst, you'll be an essential partner to our Regional and Territory Managers, driving efficiency and innovation across our sales operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative \& Sales Support:
Manage calendars, travel arrangements, and daily office operations for Regional and Territory Managers.
Prepare detailed proposals, quotes, and work orders, ensuring precision and adherence to pricing guidelines.
Develop custom quotes and proposals using Salesforce when needed.
Event \& Meeting Coordination:
Organize meetings, tours, Lunch \& Learns, and other sales events from start to finish.
Oversee guest communications, venue logistics, and follow-up processes to ensure every event is a success.
Lead \& Document Management:
Collaborate with the Regional Manager to qualify and assign inbound leads effectively.
Maintain accurate document control and update critical sales reports, dashboards, and business metrics in Salesforce.
Assist in preparing quarterly reviews, business plans, and technical reports.
Additional Support:
Work cross-functionally to validate custom pricing and support specialized proposals.
Manage the shared territory calendar and assist with external sales rep support, including user access and lead assignments.
Coordinate travel bookings and logistics for client meetings and events.
Requirements:
2 years of experience in sales support, administration, or a related field is an asset.
Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
Proficiency in MS Office; Salesforce experience is an asset.
Experience in the manufacturing or construction industries is a plus.
