Role Overview:
- Run End-to-End Growth Experiments: Design, launch, and iterate growth experiments across paid, organic, outbound, and lifecycle channels. Apply structured frameworks and strong measurement to prioritize what scales
- Balance Inbound \& Outbound GTM: Launch integrated campaigns that generate demand through both inbound (ads, content, lifecycle) and outbound (email, LinkedIn, enrichment) channels
- Leverage the Modern GTM Stack: Build and scale workflows using tools such as Clay, Apollo, Hex, Taplio, Instantly, Lavender, Bardeen, Zapier, Make, and workflow automation platforms like n8n. These are examples---not our fixed stack
- Experiment with AI Agents: Pilot and test AI agents for lead generation, outreach, enrichment, support, or reporting tasks to augment your own productivity and enable the team
- Paid Media Execution: Own performance across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, and more. Optimize creative, messaging, and targeting for CAC, CTR, and ROI
- Account-Based Targeting: Support outbound sales through enrichment, targeting, and 1:1 campaigns focused on our ICP (multi-location gym operators in the U.S. and Canada)
- Lifecycle \& CRM Programs: Automate lifecycle marketing workflows from onboarding to retention using triggers, segments, and CRM integration
- Analytics \& Attribution: Use tools like GA4, HubSpot, and Looker Studio to analyze funnel performance, attribution, and campaign ROI
- Cross-Functional Alignment: Collaborate with sales, product, and RevOps teams to ensure campaign alignment and impact on revenue goals
Requirements
- 5-8 years of experience in growth marketing, demand gen, or performance marketing---ideally in a B2B SaaS or tech-enabled environment
- Strong track record of designing and running growth experiments with measurable results, using clear frameworks and testing methodologies
- Deep familiarity with the modern GTM tool landscape (e.g., Clay, Apollo, Taplio, Instantly, Zapier, Make, n8n, Hex, Lavender, etc.)---and a strong ability to evaluate, test, and integrate tools
- Experience managing and optimizing paid media campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and other performance platforms
- Hands-on experience with outbound marketing campaigns and ABM strategies to support pipeline growth
- Strong data skills with the ability to run attribution analysis and report on impact using analytics tools (e.g., GA4, HubSpot, Looker Studio)
- Strong messaging and copywriting instincts for both ads and outbound sequences
- Comfortable working in a remote-first, fast-paced startup environment with lean resources

- Familiarity with RevOps tools and processes
