Digital advertising program manager
What you'll do:
- Oversee large budgets in partner media spend with Best Buy ads.
- Lead a small but growing team of sponsored products specialists who sell, launch and optimize campaigns for brands and sellers.
- Be our in-house expert on criteo and manage the relationship we have with them as a partner, collaborating on platform and program development, sales, ad ops, tech and budget management.
- Develop initiatives to increase sponsored products adoption and investment.
- Launch and grow complementary cost-per-click advertising programs.
- Directly manage large campaigns and support the account management teams with training, campaign pitches and reviews.
What we're looking for:
- 5 years' experience working in retail media or performance marketing for a major retailer, ecommerce company or digital agency.
- Hands-on experience with amazon ads, google search ads 360 or criteo retail media platform required.
- Experience managing large budget search/PPC campaigns.
- Progressive leadership experience (program OR people).
- A growth mindset with strong communication and analytical skills (storytelling with numbers).

Annualized base pay range
