Our client, a mid-sized General Contractor, is looking for an Intermediate Project Manager to join their team in Edmonton and Calgary. This role offers the opportunity to lead multi-family developments, working with a collaborative and well-established construction team.
Responsibilities:Manage multi-family residential projects from pre-construction to completion
Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, and stakeholders
Oversee scheduling, procurement, and quality control
Mitigate risks and solve construction-related challenges
Qualifications:Experience in multi-family construction, specifically with six-story wood frame and/or steel structuresA proven track record of managing projects with a general contractor or developer
Strong knowledge of construction schedules, budgets, and contracts
Excellent leadership and problem-solving skills
Post-secondary education in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (preferred)Compensation \& Benefits:Competitive salary based on experience
