Key Responsibilities:
- Your main focus will be working with the Group Account Director to manage the day-to-day details of multiple projects. This includes but is not limited to, taking briefs from our client partners, building timelines, overseeing workflow through the studio, updating and managing trafficking sheets, preparing competitive reviews, ensuring the creative work is on brief and on brand, and presenting to clients.
- Liaise with the creative, studio, social, CRM and media teams and clients to coordinate all required channel outputs. Including but not limited to online video, social, digital, OOH, web content, digital retail materials, etc.
- Responsible for managing the execution of national, integrated campaigns that include traditional, digital and experiential components.
- Work with the social team to prepare monthly social content, share pacing reports with client, provide input on channel performance and optimizations, and review and provide input for creative ideas.
- Collaborate with creative and media to develop assets for Always On campaigns. Prepare performance reports, help lead pacing meetings, and provide input on performance optimizations.
- Work with the Sr. Account Executive and Account Coordinator to prepare accurate and timely internal/external communications: status reports, contact reports, conference reports, job starters, and creative briefs.
- Manage and understand the client's expectations and communicate those expectations effectively with all internal and external team members.
- Be a subject matter expert by learning the client's business and products within the automotive industry.
- Responsible for ensuring all activities are executed according to the established budget and quality guidelines.
- Maintain confidentiality while working closely with clients regarding all aspects of campaigns and projects.
- Respond to client requests promptly and provide clear updates and next steps.
- Coordinate global, US and CDN assets for use across all departments.
- Support the growth of junior team members, consistently leading by example.
What you bring:
·3-4 years of experience with a marketing agency, property, or brand.
·Bachelor's degree, preferably with a focus on marketing \& communications.
·Ability to thrive and multi-task in a fast-paced, exciting environment.
·Strong time and budget management skills.
·High-level proficiency in Keynote, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word and the ability to master new computer software.
