YOUR ROLE

Welcome and register guests
Verify and detail the day's arrivals, follow up with reservation confirmations, follow up with different reservations booking channels
Keep track of arrivals, departures, in-house, daily activities and follow up accordingly
All other related guest service responsibilities
Ensure the reception area is clean and maintain supplies needed

YOUR PROFILE

Diploma in Hospitality Management an asset
Bilingualism an asset
Good computer knowledge - Knowledge of PMS Opera an asset
Excellent customer service: Approachable, pleasant, courteous, empathetic, fast acting
Able and enjoys working in a team environment as well as independently
Able to organize, prioritize and, multitask
Stand for several hours in a row
