Overview: Senior Business Analyst
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to gather, analyze, and document requirements for complex IT solutions.
- Lead initiatives to improve business workflows and system performance within provisioning, dispatch, and network domains.
- Analyze data to detect service delivery anomalies and identify root causes or opportunities for optimization.
- Support the planning and execution of integrated solutions through the full SDLC, from requirements to post-implementation review.
- Collaborate with developers, testers, and product owners in Agile ceremonies and ensure alignment between business needs and technical delivery.
- Lead and support projects focused on performance management, service quality, and reporting frameworks.
- Translate business objectives into detailed epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria
Requirements Required Skills and Experience:

5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in an Agile software development environment.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, particularly related to business process optimization and IT service delivery.

Proven experience working with cross-functional teams including developers, architects, QA, and product management.

Solid understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe) and tools such as JIRA and Confluence.

Experience with data analysis and reporting tools to support performance and quality measurement.

Familiarity with backend and frontend development environments is an asset:

Backend tech stack (for context): Java, Angular, Redis, TMP OpenApi, Oracle, MongoDB, Cloud, Docker, Kafka, Spring Boot, CI/CD pipelines.

Frontend tech stack (for context): ReactJS, JavaScript, NodeJS, WebServices, Cloud.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in telecom, IT infrastructure, or systems related to provisioning, dispatch, and network operations.
- Knowledge of API design, systems integration, or data science concepts is a plus.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills
Working Conditions:
- Type of job: Temporary Contractor - 1 year with the possibility to extend
- Work hours: Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week
