Project description
You will work as a Lead Business Analyst in Trading Technology, Public Market Technologies team, investment professionals and operations staff to design and implement solutions enabling trading and post post-tradevities. Successful candidate will be experienced in working closely with the business to gather and document detailed requirements and help iteratively provide solutions.
This position requires someone with high attention to detail, strong sense of creativity, ownership, integrity, and strong analytical \& problem-solving skills. The candidate is expected to possess working knowledge in Capital Markets, coupled with the ability to translate business requirements into solutions while working with engineering.
Skills
Must have
Undergraduate or equivalent work experience.
8 years of experience as a Business Analyst, working directly with the business and engineers to build complex solutions in the financial/investment industry.
Ability in capturing business and data integration requirements and preparing the technical specifications for the Engineering team.
Ability to adjust communication style to present technical and non-technical information to a wide variety of stakeholders.
Agent of change and continuous improvement in business processes and solutions.
Work closely with Engineering team to develop and validate test cases to ensure the accuracy and completeness of solutions delivered.
Experience with Agile Scrum/Kanban processes, and work management tools: JIRA, Confluence
Experience working with relational database.
Previous work experience with traders and investment professionals would be a strong asset.
Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
Able to deliver in a constantly changing and fast paced organization.
