Experience as a Business Analyst in the banking or financial services domain.Strong hands-on experience with Endur (Openlink) -- including front-to-back trade lifecycle, settlement, risk, or reporting modules.In-depth understanding of banking products, processes, and regulatory frameworks.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.Ability to work with cross-functional teams across business and IT.
