Job Description: Responsibilities:

Input and update data across various systems with precision and attention to detail.
Organize and maintain digital and physical files to ensure easy retrieval and secure storage.
Provide support to the customer service team by handling inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
Perform calculations and verify data accuracy to avoid discrepancies.
Create and edit documents using Microsoft Word and Excel as needed.
Scan and digitize documents to maintain up-to-date records.
Manage email correspondence with professionalism and clarity.
Assist with general administrative tasks to streamline operations.
Utilize 10-key typing skills to enhance speed and efficiency in data entry tasks.
Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless workflow and communication.

Requirements:

Proficiency in data entry with proven accuracy and speed.
Strong organizational skills to manage files and documents effectively.
Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel, including creating and editing documents.
Familiarity with scanning and digitizing processes.
Ability to perform calculations and verify data for accuracy.
Excellent customer service skills and attention to detail in email communication.
Typing proficiency, including 10-key skills, for efficient data input.
Prior experience in administrative support roles is an asset.
