What will you do?
- Develop and execute communications plans for initiatives for cross-platform, Line of Business and CBO initiatives
- Review, edit and package communications and presentations for senior leaders and impacted employees that are clear, customized and consumable
- Enable capability-build initiatives to ensure future-ready teams
- Be a champion of our engagement model and promote communications standards with stakeholders
- Measure the effectiveness of communications, track change progress and adoption, and drive improvements in multi-media content and delivery as well as embed and sustain tactics
- Support Executive communications and events, as well as Employee Engagement initiatives
What do you need to succeed?
- 5 years of related experience in communications and change management
- University degree or qualifications in a related field
- Strong Social Media experience
- Effective collaboration with diverse stakeholders; impact and influence
- Ability to prioritize, adapt and work flexibly
- Detail-oriented skills with the ability to edit and simplify complex information
- Driven self-starter with initiative, good judgment and a continuous improvement mindset
- Exemplar of the Leadership Model
- Being bilingual is an asset.
