About the Role
We're looking for a charismatic, creative, and self-starting In-House Influencer to become the face and voice of our brand across social platforms. As you can imagine, telling our story succinctly is NOT easy. You'll ideate, film, edit, and publish high-performing content --- and just as importantly, you'll engage with our community, spark conversations, and help foster a loyal fan base. You're not just a content creator --- you're a storyteller, strategist, and community builder all in one.
What You'll Do
- 🎥 Be the on-camera personality across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and more
- ✂️ Write, shoot, and edit short-form and long-form content end-to-end
- 💬 Engage with our community through comments, DMs, and live sessions --- building trust and relationships
- 📊 Monitor content performance and iterate based on data \& trends
- 🎯 Collaborate with marketing to align messaging with campaigns and launches
- ✍️ Occasionally write captions, scripts, and replies that reflect the brand voice
- 🤝 Represent the brand with authenticity, creativity, and professionalism
- 🌱 Keep a pulse on internet culture and bring fresh ideas to the table weekly
You Might Be a Fit If You:
- Are comfortable being on camera and have a magnetic personality
- Have experience with video editing tools like CapCut, Premiere, or Final Cut
- You have design and motion graphics experience
- Have a proven ability to grow and manage social audiences
- Are proactive, scrappy, and can make something great with minimal guidance
- Love building community and talking directly with followers
- Understand platform-native trends and can adapt content accordingly
- Are a self-starter who can manage your own content calendar and stay consistent
Bonus Points If:
- You've built a personal audience or worked with brands before
- You're fluent in memes, trends, and Gen Z humor --- but can also stay professional when needed
