As an Estimator, you are responsible for preparing cost estimates for industrial projects. You work closely with pre-construction teams, project directors, and clients to ensure the accuracy of estimates and the success of projects.
What You Will Do
- Prepare budgetary and detailed cost estimates for industrial projects according to client requirements.
- Analyze project plans and specifications to determine requirements.
- Collaborate with pre-construction teams and project directors to obtain accurate information.
- Communicate with clients and partners to clarify needs and expectations.
- Participate in pre-construction meetings and provide advice on costs and budgets.
- Monitor market trends and adjust estimates accordingly.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
This role could be for you if you have
- Degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in industrial estimation.
- Knowledge of estimation software and project management tools.
- Experience with Windows Excel and 3D model consultation tool.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Additional assets:
You are perfectly bilingual in both official languages (French and English).
