NATURE OF THE TASK:
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in education;
- Master's level degree or Certificate in Educational Administration (completed or in progress);
- Permanent teaching licence issued by the Ministère de l'Éducation et de l'Enseignement supérieur (MEQ) ;
- Strong knowledge of pedagogical programs and the Quebec Education Program;
- Leadership, Communication and Interpersonal Skills;
- Mastery of both French and English, spoken and written.
ASSETS:
- Completion of, or participation in, Riverside's Administrative Leadership Program;
- Years of relevant experience; Experience in school-level administration or in a position of increased responsibility (e.g. vice- principal, head teacher, staff assistant, department head, interim administrative assignment, non-teaching professional) will be taken into account.
