Here's what you'll do:
The architect will work with the team of business, IT, and PO architects to develop the target solution based on the business sector's vision and propose a roadmap that respects the sector's priorities. Subsequently, they will participate in Business evaluation tasks and propose a complete solution to the sector.
Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the development of the digital strategy for the business sector.
- Design and document the business architecture as part of digital transformation initiatives.
- Recommend optimal delivery segmentation and sequencing for these initiatives.
- Ensure alignment of initiatives with Movement architecture targets.
- Contribute to the development of cost-benefit analyses, risk assessments of opportunities, and proposed business initiatives.
- Coordinate the actions of key stakeholders associated with the realization of business architecture mandates.
- Advise, support, and influence the organization from a perspective of improvement and innovation.
- Lead workshops and ensure leadership on their projects.
- Ensure adherence to the scope of work assigned to them.
- Ensure alignment with the architecture team in terms of solutions, directions, decisions, and issues.
Desired Profile:
- At least 8 years of experience in business architecture.
- Experience in large-scale digital projects.
- Participation in the feasibility phase of a project to define a target solution.
- Autonomous leadership in managing architecture projects.
- Conducted and led workshops with business sector personnel.
- Client-oriented.
- Results-oriented.
- Bilingual skills (Fluent in both French and English) required (an advanced level of French \& English is required for this position due to interactions with our French \& English speaking colleagues).
- Knowledge of the Business sector (an asset).
