Summary About the Role -- Front Office Agent
Some of the responsibilities include:
- Warmly greet guests upon arrival, using their name whenever possible, and offer a personalized, professional welcome that reflects Forbes 5-Star service standards.
- Efficiently handle the check-in and check-out process, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail while delivering sincere and polished communication throughout the interaction.
- Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns with genuine interest, empathy, and professionalism---ensuring each guest feels heard, supported, and valued.
- Manage room reservations and booking modifications accurately, confirming all details and offering proactive solutions to enhance the guest experience.
- Coordinate transportation services, dining reservations, and any additional guest needs with efficiency and care.
- Process payments, room charges, and provide a clear, courteous check-out experience, including presenting the final bill.
- Maintain a clean, well-organized, and welcoming front desk environment at all times.
- Support guests with special requests including weddings, retreats, and private events, working closely with relevant departments to ensure a seamless experience.
- Anticipate guest needs before being asked, and follow up with thoughtful touches that go above and beyond expectations.
- Demonstrate consistent positive body language and a warm, professional demeanor throughout every interaction.
