We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Supply Chain Logistics Analyst (Wholesale) to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone eager to jump into a fast-paced logistics environment and play a key role in managing our supply chain operations. The successful candidate will ensure efficient order processing, transportation management, and distribution coordination while driving continuous improvement initiatives.
In this role you will:
Order Management
- End-to-end customer order management from order processing to sales fulfillment.
- Manage communications on customer shortage resolution and allocations.
- Liaise with customer warehouses to arrange and manage delivery appointments.
- Resolve customer claims through the investigation and dispute process and identify areas for corrective action and improvement.
- Support New Product Innovation launch ISO execution.
Transportation Management
- Organize flows between Open Farm suppliers, distribution, co-manufacturers, and wholesale distribution customers; track all shipments from pickup to delivery.
- Arrange spot loads using best judgment of service and price to select carriers.
- Evaluate carrier performance and contract adherence on a monthly basis.
- Create customs documentation for cross border shipment release.
- Provide actionable data and insight to support quarterly freight RFP process.
Warehousing and Distribution
- Manage protein releases from cold storage to co-manufacturers.
- Maintain accuracy of all inventory-related reporting and analytics.
- Analyze distribution center inventory to minimize financial impact of short expiry dated stock.
- Create and maintain key performance indicators (KPI) for internal logistics performance and monthly customer touchpoints by leveraging Transportation Management System (TMS) data.
- Participate in cross functional projects.
- All other duties, as assigned.

- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Finance or a related field.
- Proven experience in logistics, inventory management, and transportation analysis.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- ERP and TMS experience is an asset.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
- A great attitude with an eagerness to learn new skills and tackle new challenges.

Hybrid Work
At Open Farm, we believe in the power of collaboration, meaningful connections, and enjoying our work together---furry friends included! That's why we've adopted a structured hybrid approach that allows you the benefit of a reduced commute while still building strong workplace relationships. Currently, all employees are expected to be in the office two days per week at minimum, with Tuesday and Thursday as our anchor days. In addition to this, each month our Leadership team dedicates three consecutive days onsite to continue to foster alignment and connection across the team. During this time we expect everyone to join us in person to do the same. Please note: our hybrid approach may evolve over time as we adapt to the needs of our team and business.
