Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced Senior Organizational Change Management Consultant to lead complex change initiatives. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in change management and a proven track record of successful organizational transformations.
Key Responsibilities:
•Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive change management strategies and plans.
• Conduct complex impact analyses, assess change readiness, and identify key stakeholders.
• Design and deliver advanced training programs and workshops to support change initiatives.
• Collaborate with senior leadership and project teams to integrate change management activities into strategic plans.
• Provide expert coaching and support to managers and supervisors to help them lead change effectively.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change management strategies and make necessary adjustments.
• Create and manage communication plans to ensure stakeholders are informed and engaged.
• Mentor and guide junior change management consultants.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field. A Master's degree is a preferred.
• Extensive experience 5-7 years with complex change management, organizational development, or a related field.
• Deep understanding and ability to apply change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Certification in change management (e.g., Prosci, ACMP) is a plus.
