Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive sales growth in assigned national accounts.
- Manage key customer relationships and participate in closing strategic opportunities.
- Forecast annual, quarterly, and monthly sales goals.
- Analyze trends and results to continually improve our sales strategy.
- Negotiate contracts and provide customers with proposals.
- Monitor competitors and market conditions to understand a customer's specific needs.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and problem resolution.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders within customer organizations.
- Attend trade shows, conferences, and professional association meetings; provide feedback and information on market trends.
- Develop and manage customer portfolios, maintain customer records, and prepare sales reports.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- A minimum of 7 years in a corrugated packaging organization.
- Management of $50M in revenue or above.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
