DogPack is the fastest‑growing social \& marketplace platform for dog lovers (1.2 M users and counting). We're ready to scale the next 10×---and we need a hands‑on CTO to own that journey.
What you'll do
- Set the technical vision \& roadmap for our web (React), mobile (React Native) and backend (Laravel PHP) stack.
- Lead \& grow a multidisciplinary team of engineers, data scientists and DevOps pros---coaching, hiring and levelling up.
- Scale our infrastructure on AWS to handle millions of daily feed impressions, marketplace transactions and AI‑driven features.
- Champion security \& reliability
- Drive product innovation in gamification and computer‑vision / AI features (Unity, Python AI/ML, OpenAI APIs).
- Partner with founders \& investors on strategy, budgeting and go‑to‑market decisions.
