Sales Development Representative
About The Opportunity
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with decision makers at targeted accounts and schedule first meetings for the outside sales team.
- Leverage High Velocity Sales and outbound prospecting techniques to run cadences on target accounts.
- Manage inbound marketing-generated leads and convert them into meetings for the sales pipeline.
- Work alongside Sales and Marketing Operations to maximize results for MQLS: webinars, download requests, events, and other marketing sponsored events.
- Using Martech in place (LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, Sales Nav, and Highspot) for industry and marketing focused lead generation and prospecting.
- Track all activity through CRM, Salesforce.
Experience \& Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience in sales, preferably outbound or prospecting roles
- Comfortable making cold calls and building rapport quickly
- Resilient mindset with a desire to grow and exceed goals
- Excellent phone and communication skills
- Strong multitasking and time management abilities
- Collaborative, empathetic, and eager to contribute to team success
- Experience in travel or SaaS is a bonus---but not required
