Job Description
Position Summary Responsibilities

Design, develop, and update technical training courses for software, hardware, and IT systems.

Create engaging learning materials, including presentations, manuals, videos, and e-learning modules.

Tailor training programs to different audiences, including developers, system administrators, and end-users.

Conduct instructor-led training (ILT) and virtual training sessions for internal and external users.

Utilize hands-on labs, interactive exercises, and real-world scenarios to enhance learning.

Deliver workshops, webinars, and one-on-one coaching sessions as needed.

Assess learner progress and provide feedback to ensure knowledge retention.

Gather feedback from trainees to improve training materials and delivery.

Keep training programs up to date with the latest technology trends and industry best practices.

Work closely with technical teams to stay updated on product features and system changes.

Collaborate with HR, IT, and management to identify training needs and learning goals.

Develop onboarding training for new employees and technical certification programs.
Qualifications Education \& Certifications
-
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Education, or a related field.

Certifications such as Certified Technical Trainer (CTT+), AWS Certified Trainer, or Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT) are an asset.

Strong understanding of IT systems, software development, networking, or cloud computing.

Knowledge of learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning tools.

Familiarity with instructional design models (ADDIE, Bloom's Taxonomy).

Excellent presentation and communication skills.

Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Adaptability to different learning styles and training methods.
Experience
-
3-6 years of experience in technical training, instructional design, or IT training.

Experience in delivering both classroom and virtual training.

Exposure to content development tools.

Mandatory Requirements
