About the Job:

Conduct research in the data center networks, focusing on network optimization on the large-scale AI clusters and cloud computing networks.

Design protocols and algorithms in the transport layer for scale-up/scale-out networks to improve the end-to-end performance of applications.

Build a simulation and/or hardware prototype to verify the design.

Collaborate with the HQ experts and corresponding product lines to promote the implementation of our design into commercial products.

Follow the latest progress in both industry and academia.

Attend various meetings and write technical insight reports.
