TechBlocks is seeking a Senior Product Manager who thrives at the intersection of product strategy, execution, and go-to-market leadership. In this role, you will lead product discovery, roadmap definition, and delivery --- while also partnering closely with sales, business leaders, and GTM teams to shape how our products are launched, positioned, and scaled.
We're looking for someone who not only delivers products but also plays a key role in ensuring commercial success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle --- from problem discovery and roadmap planning to successful delivery and iteration.
- Lead GTM research, positioning, and launch strategy, in collaboration with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams.
- Conduct market, competitive, and customer research to refine ICPs, validate value propositions, and inform roadmap decisions.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define and implement product messaging, pricing, and packaging strategies.
- Build and manage product performance frameworks --- aligning on KPIs and providing visibility into product success.
- Partner with leadership on strategic planning, growth opportunity assessments, and vertical expansion initiatives.
- Balance delivery responsibilities with client-facing presentations, demos, and stakeholder alignment.
Qualification \& Experience:
- 5--8 years of experience in product management, with demonstrated success in owning both product delivery and go-to-market execution.
- Proven track record of collaborating with sales and business leaders to launch and scale products in competitive markets.
- Comfortable with ambiguity, with strong skills in structured problem solving and stakeholder engagement.
- Able to communicate complex ideas clearly and persuasively across technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience working with offshore teams and in cross-functional environments.
- MBA or equivalent experience is a strong asset.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience in Digital Health, Retail, or Utilities domains.
- Background in consulting, GTM strategy, or growth initiatives.
- Familiarity with regulatory and compliance frameworks such as HIPAA, GDPR, PCI-DSS, PHIPA, NERC-CIP, ISO 27001, or SOC 2.
- Exposure to regulatory-aligned product development, especially where compliance affects data privacy, accessibility, or security standards.
