Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Review project plans to plan and coordinate project activity.
- Manage backup, security, and user help system.
- Consult with users, management, vendors, and technicians to assess computing needs and system requirements.
- Meet with department heads, managers, supervisors, vendors, and others to solicit cooperation and resolve problems.
- Provide users with technical support for computer problems.
- Recruit, hire, train, and supervise staff, or participate in staffing decisions.
- Evaluate data processing proposals to assess project feasibility and requirements.
Must Have Requirements:
- Strong understanding of payment systems.
- Experience working on Foreign Exchange Technology projects.
- Experience managing programs in the financial industry.
- Ability to talk to executive stakeholders and provide concise updates.
- Ability to articulate risks and issues in a concise and clear manner.
- Advanced PowerPoint skills and strong presentation skills.
- Vlookups/xlookups, Sum, Count.
- Basic table creation \& presentation skills in Excel.
- Ability to convey technical issues to non-technical persons.
- Experience working with card networks (e.g., Visa, Mastercard, Interac, Amex, CUP).
Soft Skills:
- Ability to learn quickly and adjust to a constantly evolving environment.
