Oversee inventory, ordering, and waste reduction to keep food costs in check
Enforce food quality and safety standards HACCP, sanitation, FIFO at every station
Train, supervise, and support kitchen staff to maintain smooth prep and service
Drive operational improvements and streamline processes for seamless guest experiences
Proven years in a supervisory kitchen role at a recognized, highvolume restaurant
Formal culinary training with thorough knowledge of prep techniques and cooking methods
Expert in F\&B operations, including sanitation standards HACCP, and healthcode compliance
Proven leadership ability to manage, motivate, and perform under pressure
Strong skill in recipe scaling, inventory requisitions, portion control, and cost tracking
