Reporting to the Director of Marketing, the Marketing Manager will play an integral role in the planning and execution of marketing activities for Villa Madina, Cultures, and BOWLD powered by Cultures.

Key Responsibilities
- Accountable for proactive development and growth of our digital presence.
- Oversee the development, management, and execution of digital media including social media, influencers, paid media, and SEO.
- Drive consistency across digital platforms including social media channels, email marketing, web, and mobile apps.
- Build our brand loyalty programs to be a core sales driving tool.
- Assist in planning and executing programs to build our loyalty database and achieve key growth targets.
- Gather and analyze sales, menu mix, and competitor data to improve sales and profitability. Report regularly on results and create buy in with franchisees at the store level.
- Manage, grow \& optimize e-commerce platforms including leading external relationships with loyalty and 3rd party partners.
- Contribute to the development of strategic initiatives and annual marketing plans.
- Lead the execution of national promotions across all instore and digital channels.
- Marketing agency management and planning
- Support our franchisees by planning and executing local store marketing.
- Ad fund administrative support including invoicing and purchase order processing.
About you
- Pro-active and takes initiative, leveraging and learning from the successes and challenges of each project/campaign
- A problem solver, using both data and creative thinking
- Excellent project management skills and can effectively manage multiple priorities with a strong attention to detail
- Very strong English communication skills, both verbal and written
- On the pulse of social and digital trends
Requirements
- Post-secondary degree in Marketing or Business and a minimum of 3-5 years of relevant marketing experience
- Experience working in the food industry or franchise environment an asset
- Experience managing digital/social marketing campaigns including SEO. Experience with Google Ads and Google Analytics considered a strong asset.
- Bilingual (French, written and verbal) a strong asset
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Valid driver's license and reliable access to a vehicle -- strong asset
