Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.

Experience and knowledge of the broker and/or retail financial services in banking and mortgage industries.

15 years of progressive experience in marketing, with at least 10 years in a leadership role.

Proven track record of developing and implementing successful B2C and B2B2C marketing strategies that have significantly contributed to business growth.

Proven ability to set annual and quarterly plans and prioritize team projects and workload.

Strong understanding of consumer behavior, market dynamics, and competitive landscapes.

Exceptional strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.

Proficient in analyzing data to derive actionable insights, leveraging data to inform decisions, optimize campaigns, and demonstrate the impact of marketing initiatives on business outcomes.
