As they expand, they're looking for a Channel Marketing Manager to build, elevate, and execute strategic channel initiatives that drive growth and brand presence across omni channel environment including digital, key retail and distribution partners.
Our client is seeking a visionary Channel Marketing Manager with a strategic mindset and hands-on experience in both B2B and B2C environments. This role is ideal for a dynamic marketer who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and is passionate about building and scaling channel marketing initiatives across multiple platforms. You will own the development and execution of omnichannel marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, generate leads, and support sales across big box retail, trade shows, digital, and in-store channels.
What you will do:
- Channel Strategy \& Leadership:
Develop and implement channel marketing strategies that support revenue growth and align with brand goals across B2C and B2B segments.
Lead and mentor one direct report with plans to expand the team. Foster a collaborative and high-performance marketing culture.
- Omnichannel Campaign Execution:
Design and execute marketing campaigns across digital (email, social, web), SEM, SEO, print, and in-store channels to build brand awareness and generate leads.
- Big Box Retail \& In-Store Branding:
Manage marketing programs for major retail partners including promotional planning, signage, end-cap branding, and co-branded efforts.
Plan and oversee all aspects of trade shows and events including strategy, logistics, promotions, and post-event lead nurturing.
- Marketing Calendar Ownership:
Create and manage the master marketing calendar to ensure timely and aligned execution of initiatives.
Allocate and manage marketing budgets effectively with a strong ROI mindset.
- Lead Generation \& Nurturing:
Partner with sales to design and implement customer acquisition strategies and lead nurturing workflows through the marketing funnel.
Oversee content development across channels to ensure messaging is consistent, on-brand, and optimized for audience engagement.
- Analytics \& Optimization:
Track KPIs and campaign performance using data analytics tools. Leverage insights to improve targeting, creative, and conversion rates across channels.
- Relationship building and development: Build strong relationships with brand partners, sales team, and stakeholders.
What you bring:
- 8 years of marketing experience, with at least 4 years in a channel or trade marketing role
- Proven experience working with big box retailers (e.g., Costco, Walmart, Home Depot, etc.)
- Strong knowledge of omnichannel marketing strategies, customer journey mapping, and funnel optimization
- Proficiency in analytics platforms (e.g., Google/Adobe Analytics, HubSpot, Salesforce) and ability to extract insights for decision-making
- Experience in SAP
- Demonstrated success in SEO strategy, SEM/PPC campaign management, and conversion rate optimization
- Strategic and hands-on experience managing trade shows, events, and in-store activations
- Experience in content marketing leadership, brand storytelling, and social media engagement
- Strong project management, organizational, and collaboration skills
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (MBA a plus)
- Leadership and development experience
- Must be available for occasional travel- *Passport holder
