What You'll Be Doing
- Develop and Update a clear Marketing Strategy and Plan for each location to achieve their Revenue Budget and Guest Count target.
- Collaborate with Ownership, Senior Leadership, and Operations to consistently bring new and industry relevant ideas to enhance the Guest Experience.
- Maximize Restaurant awareness to ensure each location is the #1 choice in its neighbourhood.
- Develop and execute Marketing campaigns across Digital and Traditional channels to increase year-over-year Guest Count and Reservations.
- Lead and develop a high-performing Marketing Team.
- Create and execute the marketing of unique Ticketed Experiences and increase year-over-year sales of existing Ticked Experiences.
- Provide Restaurant Branding recommendations based on on-going internal and external competitive analysis. Real-time Market Research is a must.
- Update and organize Operation teams around a Key Moment Restaurant Calendar.
- Update and organize Marketing teams around a Marketing Channel Execution Strategy.
- Provide exceptional Project Management among Marketing, Operations, and Senior Leadership as it pertains to all Marketing Key Moments and all Marketing related campaigns.
- Create and deliver a "Video-First" content strategy of "Real-Time" Guest Experiences.
What You'll Need
- Relentless belief in yourself, your goals, and your team - you love to get your hands dirty!
- 5 years of Marketing Management experience (ideally within Restaurants) with a proven ability to grow Sales and enhance guest experiences.
- Experience working in Restaurants in any capacity or an in-depth understanding of the local market.
- Excellent Project Management is a must. You are hyper-focused on all of the details.
- Proven ability to grow Follower Count and Engagement across Tik Tok, Instagram, Meta, and overall Website traffic.
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager with leading ROAS results
- Management Experience with a proven ability to grow Sales
- A burning passion to constantly learn and push the boundaries of what you know
- Google Analytics / Sprout Social certifications or additional Marketing credentials is a valued asset.
- An "All Hands on Deck" attitude!
