Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Soccer Coordinator / Sport Facilities Manager located in Mississauga, ON. The Soccer Coordinator will manage day-to-day operations of soccer programs, coordinate schedules, manage facilities, and ensure that all events run smoothly. Responsibilities include overseeing training sessions, liaising with coaches, managing bookings, maintaining the facility, meeting with clients, and providing excellent customer service to all participants and stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Experience in Physical Education and Football coaching
- Ability to manage time efficiently and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in sports facility management is an asset
- Bachelor's degree in Sports Management, Physical Education, or related field is preferred
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
