Role Overview:
We're seeking experienced Interim CIOs to join our roster, providing strategic IT leadership and managing critical technology initiatives for our clients during periods of transformation, growth, or crisis. The ideal candidates are technological visionaries capable of stepping into complex situations and delivering immediate IT improvements
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead IT restructuring, turnaround initiatives, and performance improvement projects.
- Develop and implement rapid IT strategies to modernize infrastructure, enhance cybersecurity, and improve service delivery.
- Oversee the integration of new technologies and systems, ensuring seamless adoption and minimal disruption.
- Manage IT aspects of mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and integrations.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align on strategic IT priorities and action plans.
- Optimize IT budgets, reduce costs, and improve operational efficiency.
- Mentor and support IT teams to ensure continuity and effective execution of IT goals.
- Act as a change agent to drive technological and organizational shifts necessary for success.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 10 years of executive-level experience in Information Technology as CIO or equivalent.
- Proven track record in leading IT organizations through significant change, including turnarounds and restructuring.
- Strong IT, strategic, and analytical skills.
- Exceptional ability to quickly assess situations, develop action plans, and deliver results.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in high-pressure, dynamic environments.
- MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.
- Incorporated in Canada (if needed, we provide all the resources to help with incorporation).
