At KRGinsure , we're looking for New Business Advisors who thrive in creating and selling value-added personal lines insurance programs to prospective clients. This is a salaried role with the opportunity to earn commision. In this position, your responsibilities will include gathering client information, collaborating with producers and clients, generating quotes, proposing insurance packages, closing deals, binding orders, preparing necessary paperwork, and securing payment information.
Qualifications: 3+ years of personal lines experience, with at least one year of proven insurance sales experience Active RIBO License in good standing Additional industry qualifications such as CAIB, CIP, etc., are considered assets Skills: Excellent interpersonal, presentation, communication, and negotiation skills Proven sales ability Results-oriented professional with a strong work ethic Unwavering commitment to delivering professionalism and expertise to clients Proficiency in MS Office products such as Word and Excel Experience with TAM/EPIC is considered an asset Why Join Us: We offer an attractive compensation package and commission incentives.
