As a ServiceNow Client Onboarding Project Manager, you will utilize your project management expertise to intake complex business problems and solution with your dev partners through daily standups.
An understanding of Capital Markets will benefit in understanding the workflows that interconnect the pipeline between clients and sales \& trading.
Independently lead daily standups with ServiceNow Client Onboarding developers to manage project deliverables throughout intake, planning, execution, and go-live.
Work in close partnership with all project stakeholders to align plans, timelines, expectations, and deliverables to meet project's objectives with tact and diplomacy.
Manage resolution of issues, recurring communication/status updates, and risks effectively.
